Visa Requirements
Salary Requirement
Minimum Salary for Applicants should be as the following:

For immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings), monthly salary must be a minimum of AED 4000

For friends and relative, monthly salary must be a minimum of AED 6000
Documents required for Applicant
The applicant must submit the following documents in person:

Original salary certificate with latest date not older than 1 month from the employer, or 3 months pay slip with company stamp along with bank statements for 3 months.

Passport & residence visa photocopy with a minimum validity of 6 months

Copy of the labor card with a minimum validity of 6 months

Refundable cash guarantee of AED 2000 and sponsor's cheque deposit of AED 5,000 (undated) per person required

The amount is refundable upon the departure of the visitor

If the applicant has a trade license, we require a copy of the license with 3 months validity, along with bank statements for the same company account for the last 3 months with bank stamp on it.

Copy of marriage certificate is required for spouse
Documents required for Visitor(s)
The applicant must submit the following documents of the visitor(s):

2 color copy of Passport pages containing details of Full name, Nationality, Date and Place of birth, Passport number, Date of issue & Expiry and should be minimum valid for 6 months at the time of travel

2 passport size color photographs (white background)
Visa Regulations
UAE Immigration Authority Regulations
Visa are required for all visitors with the exception of nationals from the following 32 countries:

Australia . Andorra . Austria . Brunei . Belgium . Denmark . Finland . France . Germany . Greece. Hong Kong . Iceland . Ireland . Italy . Japan . Liechtenstein . Luxembourg . Malaysia . Monaco . Netherlands . New Zealand . Norway . Portugal . San Marino . Singapore . South Korea . Spain . Sweden . Switzerland . United Kingdom . United States of America . The Vatican.

GCC Nationals can also enter the UAE without a visa
- Visitors enter the UAE within 2 months from date of issue of the visa
- Only single entry is allowed. Once the visitor departs from UAE, the visa will be automatically cancelled
- Re-entry into the UAE is permitted after 30 days of exit
- The bearer of the Tourist visa is not allowed to work in the UAE
- An overstay charge of AED 200 will be charged per person on the first date and additional AED 100 for every additional day of over-stay

Regulations for Children
- Separate visas are not required if accompanying children are on the same passport of mother
- Children with separate passports will require individual visa
- Children under the age of 10 years may be accepted with a guarantee deposit of AED 7,500
Visa validity, renewal and cancellation
Validity and Renewal:
- A Tourist visa for 30 days from the time of entry into the UAE and can be extended for another 30 days before its expiry
- Request of extension of visa must be made at least 10 days before expiry of the visa
- Incase of Extending the visa, medical insurance must be renewed at a charge of AED 50
- Original passport is along with original visa and payment of AED 850
Visa Cancellation:
- Cancellation of visa that is approved and not used can take place only after the visit visa expires ( 60 days ) from the day of issue
- Applicant must pay AED 175 for cancellation charges then the visa will be cancelled
- If the visa is under process and needs to be cancelled then the applicants must pay AED 175. This requires 5-7 working days from the date of applying the cancellation

- Visa facility is available only for RAK Airways visitors
- Ticket must be booked while submitting the application ( return ticket is must)
- RAK Airways will not be responsible for rejection of the visa application by the UAE Immigration Authority
- Application fees is non-refundable in case if the visa rejected or unused
- RAK Airways will not be responsible for any fines or penalties that may be imposed on the visitor by the UAE Immigration Authority
- The applicant can claim the guarantee deposit after the departure of the visitor from the UAE

For cases with overstay, absconding or any other illegal act in UAE no refund will be given back

In case of immigration rejection, Visa fee will not be refunded.

Refund of Guarantee deposit:
- Applicant must submit a clear passport copy of the visitor including the entry & exit stamp of UAE.
- Cheques and cash will be released only on submission of original receipts & sponsor ID
- In case if original receipt is lost, the applicant should pay AED 50 to claim the deposit
- In case of refund claim by another person (not sponsor) a No Objection Letter from the sponsor, proof of ID and the cash receipt needs to be carried.
- Refund claims must be made within 2 months from the date of departure of the visitor. Any delay after this period will not be entertained.
- Refund of cancelled visa will take 60 days after approval
- Refund of cancelled visa if the visa under process then applicant must wait for 4-6 working days to cancel the visa
